From the moment we walked in, we were treated to a level of service that was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. It’s been too long since we visited Darbar. This small intimate restaurant is tucked away on St. Laurent below Sherbrooke, and a bit off our usual track. But the food was even better than we remembered. Service was friendly and attentive, and the chef took time to visit the tables, make recommendations and discuss the spice levels. Oh - and the nan bread was the best we’ve eaten.

Fantastic food!! Fast and friendly!! If you get the thali ask what the chefs choices are. I made a mistake and ordered a duplicate.
